Privileged Lives

Privilege doesn’t necessarily equal personal satisfaction, fulfilment, or peace of mind. Every time I look back, I notice I’ve been privileged all my life, in more than one aspect; privileged, and also pampered, protected, blessed and spared. Yet, I’ve never fully enjoyed it. There’s been always a cloud of uncertainty about the future, about how I was going to secure my bread the next day.
How do you deal with your privileged today, when tomorrow never knows?

I’m a Life Coach, and I’ve read and heard all about living here and now, one day at a time, yesterday is gone, tomorrow doesn’t exist, the only real thing is the present moment, etc. I know that life is a constant stream of present moments into the future, etc.
Hope, trust, belief, faith, also play a part in finding comfort for my tomorrow.
Yet…
